On here we take a look at the full specifications of the Pro 2020, its features and off course the pros and cons.

Ticwatch Pro 2020 Features
- Rugged Design
- Activity Tracking
- Battery Life
The design of the Pro 2020 is same as the Pro and Pro 4G, nothing much has changed. In fact you may not be able to differentiate between the Pro 2020 and Pro as these two have same appearance. It’s same case size and thickness, and same polyamide and glass fiber material has been used for the case.
The display is still the same dual FSTN LCD/OLED display with the OLED being a more interactive and lively display than the FSTN LCD. Although the later will last longer but deactivates Wear OS features leaving only time, date and still tracks your steps. The 22mm straps are available in silicone and leather just like the Pro and are interchangeable.
The Pro 2020 just like the Pro is rated IP68 which means its waterproof up to 1.5 meters, and suitable for swimming in very shallow water. It’s certified MIL-STD-810G – a US military-grade rating that makes this device rugged and ready to withstand harsh weather conditions.
The Pro 2020 is equipped with 4GB ROM out of which about 2GB is available for onboard music storage and files download. You can also stream music from your favorite streaming services on this watch. It also comes equipped with 1GB RAM just like the Pro 4G, this is the main addition that separates it from the Ticwatch Pro. The higher RAM makes the performance a lot faster and offers a very smooth user experience as seen with the Pro 4G. It’s quite disappointing to see 2100 chip under the hood when there’s a newer 3100 chip. Although, the 3100 doesn’t really bring much difference.
And like most Mobvoi smartwatches, the Pro 2020 has a microphone and loudspeaker which enables Bluetooth calling and voice assistant feature powered by Google Assistant.
The Pro 2020 is fitness-focused, its equipped with e-compass, gyroscope, accelerometer, heart rate sensor and inbuilt GPS that enables it to track your steps, heart rate, calories, sleep and location, pace and distance enabled by the inbuilt GPS.
It comes with 6 preloaded sport modes, and there’s the fitness suite which consists of TicExercise, TicMotion, and TicPulse in addition to Google Fit which can help you track your workouts. The Pro 2020 also supports third-party apps such as Strava and MapMyRun. You can also download TicSleep which can monitor your sleep.
The battery life of the Pro 2020 is quite impressive with the FSTN LCD/OLED which will see it go up to 2 – 30 days from a single charge. This is more impressive than most Wear OS smartwatches, except for the newer models like Fossil Gen 5 powered by the 3100 chip that enables battery manager features.
With the more interactive OLED display active, the Pro 2020 is tested to last over a day, and with the less interactive FSTN LCD, it’s expected to last up to 30 days which will see Wear OS features deactivated. This feature is similar to the battery saver modes seen in Gen 5.
The Pro 2020 equipped is well equipped to keep you connected to all that matters to you such as incoming calls, SMS, emails, reminders and more. It also has NFC under the hood which enables Google Pay. You can make a payment on the go from this watch via Google Pay.
