The full specifications of Ticwatch C2 – Mobvoi yesterday in an event in London unveiled the new Ticwatch C2 an upgrade from Ticwatch 2/active/classic. It is a classy timepiece, rated IP68, comes with Google pay, built for durability and longer battery life. It is available for preorder on the companies site and other major stores. It is billed to be available on December 6th. It is a suitable wearable for both men and women, it runs on Google wear OS.

The new Ticwatch C2 from Mobvoi has an elegant design, the finishes are quite spectacular. Going into details, it’s top notch quality in and out. The screen size is 1.3 inch powered by AMOLED with a high resolution of 360 x 360 pixel which features an always-on-display. It is a touchscreen plus two tickle strips a kind of button by the side that allows for easier navigation without obstructing the display. One turnoff is the chip that powers the C2, it is powered Qualcomm Snapdragon 2100 which is considered outdated and drains the battery faster.
The body of the Ticwatch C2 is built for durability, the case is made of stainless steel, whereas the straps are made of genuine leather. The straps are interchangeable. The watch faces can be customized, there are tones of astonishing preinstalled watch faces to choose from, allowing you to define your style.
The C2 comes in two versions, the black/platinum, and rose-gold colors respectively. The rose-gold version is more suitable for women, it has a smaller width size of 18mm for the strap and has a smaller thickness size of 12.80mm, while the black/platinum has a larger strap size of 20mm and thicker than the rose-gold with a thickness of 13.10mm.
The battery of the Ticwatch C2 though with more features is a lot better than Ticwatch 2. It has a higher battery capacity of 400mAh which on standby is estimated to stay up for about 5-7days whereas on mixed/average usage with the GPS on it’s expected to last about 1-2 days on average.
There is a USB charging dock that comes with the new device, it takes about 1-2 hours to charge a completely depleted battery.
The Ticwatch C2 comes with 4GB onboard music storage which lets you store your favorite tracks and other files. You can listen to this while working out, in the office or just recreating. You might as well choose to use Google play music and Spotify to jazz up your entertainment lifestyle.
Ticwatch C2 is rated IP68 and as such its water and dust resistant up to 1.5meters depth of water. So you can wear it under the rain, however, it’s not recommended to wear it to the pool or ocean. It’s advised that you don’t subject the C2 to high pressure such as diving from great heights.
The Ticwatch C2 is loaded with all the prerequisite sensors that qualify it as a comprehensive fitness tracker. There is a heart rate sensor that monitors your heart rate. It includes an accelerometer and gyroscope to monitor your active life. Beside this, is a GPS/GLONASS sensors that let you track outdoor activities even in difficult environments where the GPS lags. There is also a popular Strava fitness app with lots of interesting features.

When connected to a compartible device the new Ticwatch C2 updates you when there is a new notification on your phone. It runs on the Google wear OS which has a notification stream that makes it easier to see your latest updates at a glance. With the Tickle strip button by the side you can navigate through notifications smoothly and easily.

There are quite a lot of apps that will make the C2 a perfect companion from Uber to Google map and a host of other apps. The C2 has a loudspeaker and a microphone that comes handy when you need to answer that important call while on steering and also the voice command feature which lets you use Google assistant.
The Ticwatch C2 is compatible with android 4.4 or later and iOS 9.3 or later.
