Skagen falster 2 vs Ticwatch Pro vs C2 Features Compared
- Fitness Tracking Accuracy
- Battery life
Looking at these three watches you will agree with me that each of these timepieces has got great finish leaving a spectacular and fantastic design. However, we look further closely at the designs. They are all built for durability with top-grade materials.
Ticwatch pro has the biggest case size while Skagen Falster has the least case size. Skagen Falster is the slimmest and off course the sleekest among these three leaving it with the most fascinating design. It measures only 11mm in thickness which is one of the slimmest designs we have seen so far. Ticwatch C2 comes very near with 12.7mm thickness size while Ticwatch pro has 14.6mm thickness, quite bulky.
Apart from the case size and body measurements there is no much difference between these three. All three watches have nice and interactive displays, using AMOLED except Ticwatch pro which has a second FSTN-LCD display which elongates its battery life.
While any of these three smartwatches will serve just fine for comprehensive fitness tracking, it important to note that only Skagen Falster 2 is swim-proof. It is rated 5ATM which means it is water-resistant up to 50 meters making it a great option for tracking swimming activities, while Ticwatch C2 and Pro are both rated IP68 meaning water-resistant up to 1.5meters. You can wear any of these under rain or perhaps to the shower but certainly not to the pool. Besides that, all of these three have accelerometer, gyroscope, Heart rate monitor and GPS for a complete fitness tracking experience.
Ticwatch Pro with two display technology has a longer battery than Skagen Falster or C2. Though, with the AMOLED display on the PRO it is the same battery life of 2-5 days on standby and approximately a day on mixed usage. However, if you are to switch to the FSTN LCD display of Ticwatch Pro you certainly will get longer battery life. The FSTN LCD though not as lively and interactive as AMOLED display is clearly visible under bright sunlight. Making it a great choice for outdoor sport especially when you have to gaze at the watch every now and then while working out.
These three smartwatch fall within mid range prices. Except that Skagen Falster 2 cost a little more than the other two. It cost about $290-$300 while Ticwatch pro cost about $250 - $270 and the Ticwatch C2 cost about $200.
Any of these smartwatches will be a great choice in terms of features and design. However, making a choice will have to be based on design and other slight differences. In that regard Skagen Falster 2 has the classiest design that is both elegant and fascinating.
To make it simpler, we put up the table below.
|SKAGEN FALSTER||Most sophisticated and classy design and more features.( swim-proof, best for women)|
|Ticwatch C2||Best with traditional/hybrid design (a classic solution)|
|strong>Ticwatch Pro||Best with the longest battery life. (best for men)|
