Honor Watch ES which was released alongside the GS Pro is a lower-end version as it lacks a microphone, loudspeaker, and less battery life, yet it’s still a decent fitness smartwatch that’s very lightweight and equipped with music storage, lots of fitness tracking features, and a long battery life of up to 10 days.

Honor Watch ES Features Review
- Lightweight Design, 1.64 Inches Display
- A Comprehensive Health Tracker – SpO2, Stress, ETC
- Music Storage
The Watch ES has a lightweight design thanks to its aluminum case and silicone strap that leaves it with a little weight of only 21 grams (excluding straps), while Corning Gorilla Glass covers the screen. The 1.64 inches AMOLED powered display is vivid and wide allowing you to see more at a glance, while it supports touchscreen and has one physical button as the means of navigation. There are lots of options available for the watch face which lets you choose your preferred watch faces including animated watch faces. It comes in three colors; black, white, and pink.
Moving away from the lightweight design, the Watch ES comes with lots of fitness tracking features that includes the newly added animated workout modes that can coach you through your favorite moves. It features more accurate continuous heart rate tracking with Huawei TruSeen 4.0 and tracks your sleep in 4 stages; deep, light, REM and awake. There is also the stress measurement feature handled by Huawei TruRelax that can help you relax as well as the SpO2 feature that monitors your blood oxygen to determine how well your body absolves oxygen.
It also features menstrual cycle tracking for women and there are 95 preloaded workout modes to choose from out of which 10 are professional courses and 86 custom sport modes. And there are 12 animated workout classes and 44 animated exercise modes that coach you through your favorite moves and can save you money on subscription.
The Watch ES comes with 4GB storage capacity that allows you to store music on the watch, and it’s compatible with both Android and iOS smartphones which allows it to sync your data from a compatible phone to the watch. In other words, the Watch ES serves as a personal companion that alerts you when you receive notifications on your phone. Although it has limited support for iOS devices, features like music playback and stress tracking aren’t supported on iOS devices.
Despite the very slim design of the Watch ES, it still has a long battery life that lets you go long for up to 10 days from a single charge and about 7 days with heavy usage.
