Yes, you can shower with the Galaxy Watch 3. It's rated 5ATM which means it's waterproof up to 50 meters. I did a waterproof test on the Galaxy Watch 3 and it did function properly after dipping it into the water.
Note that the Galaxy Watch 3 comes with leather straps which will soak and probably damage the straps. To wear the Galaxy Watch 3 to the shower, you need to change the band to a silicone strap.
